The GMU - NOVA Go Club

Upcoming Club Tournament: 25 October, the Pumpkin Classic. The entry fee for everyone is $15/adult and $10/youth. AGA membership is required, and may be obtained on-site when registering. This tournament will be at our usual location, GMU-Arlington. Play will be four rounds in one day, handicap, 45 minutes/player plus 20 moves/5 minutes byo yomi. Registration begins at 9 am, and play usually finishes by 6:30 pm. ROOM is 329!
IMPORTANT Note! Our club location is the Arlington Temple, United Methodist Church, 1835 Nash Street, in Roslyn, VA. We have a fairly large room, and have stored our equipment there.

Our tournaments are one day, four rounds, handicap, open to all
American Go Association members. Lectures by Daniel Chou, 6 Dan, on the third Monday of the Month.
We have two GMU branches:
(1) at GMU - Arlington, 3401 Fairfax Drive, Old Admin Building, Room 257, (tournaments only), and
(2) at GMU - Fairfax, 4400 University Drive, Student Union I, Lobby, (weekly on Thursdays, 4:30-7:30 pm) [NOTE that the Fairfax branch is not meeting over the Summer; will resume in the Fall]
